Hello Everyone!!

I need some advice, my wife Has her interview for 4/13 in bogota and we need to get her medical exams before the interview. Does anyone know how long it takes to get both exams done? Any tips on getting this done as close as to the interview date? We don't want to spend too much time in bogota due to expenses.

Thank you for any tips!!

In our case, my fiancee had her labs done a Monday morning and the physical done later that afternoon. We left Tuesday free for last minute things and had our interview on Wednesday. From what I have read, this is the best approach to take unless your beneficiary lives relatively close to Bogota; in which case, it could be done at just about any time.

I just got back from the interview last week. You will need to schedule all of your medical stuff 2 days before your interview. We went to the clinic early on a Monday and the the doctor about 10:00am on the same Monday. We had to go back to the doctor office on Tuesday to pick up the results in the sealed envelope. My interview was on Wednesday.

My wife did her lab on monday, physical on tuesday and interview was on thursday. An extra day after the medical isn't entirely necessary. The physician asked my wife when her interview was and when the doctor discovered there was an extra day she told her to pick it up the next day. The doctor explained that she tries to do this to keep the work load down on her and the staff. had her interview been the next day she could have picked it up that afternoon. I think the extra day was the best thing because it really allowed us time to breath and recheck all documents one more time before the interview. Good luck, it's not as crazy there as you may think...just be prepared.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
