You can't because one of the requirements for a K-1 is that both of you need to be legally able to marry, if you are still married (even if you spouse is in Morocco) you're not eligible for a Fiancé visa (or any other visa for your gf, whatsoever) you need to finalize your divorce, and then you can start the paper work for your K-1. Hope this helps (:

If you are married in Morrocco then you are married in the US. You cannot get married again until your divorce is final

So no, a petition cannot be sent until you are free to marry

good luck

#1 you need to get divorced.

#2 you're going to have a very hard time with the consulate getting a visa. I'm guessing you never got a visa with your current wife, what makes you think that you'll get a visa with another woman? :bonk:

Well you're still going to have a big RED FLAG(and not the Moroccan one) They're going to know about your first marriage and at the same time being married you meet another woman from the USA and get engaged. Do you really think that the consulate will give you a visa?:wow:

I'm sorry, but you made it *everyone's* business here when you posted on a public forum. No need to be rude to people who are only responding to your questions and offering their advice. Just start your own account, get your divorce finalized and come back for help with your K1 once you've done that if you still would like some guidance.

Passing harsh judgment on those you don't know says nothing of the judged and everything of the judge.
