my other thread was locked by the moderator which was gaining huge interest citing the discussion was going in the wrong direction? strange enough but anyway post your thoughts on what will be the impact of this TSC to CSC transfers of July/August/Sept applicants on Oct/Nov/Dec applicants...

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

Marriage : 2010-06-27

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-07-14

Transferred to Blackhole : 2010-11-02

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

07/25/2010 - Nikah Day

11/10/2010 - sent I-130

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

C'mon already Raj yaar,

The topic was locked for a reason. No matter how much you argue or even if you get everyone here convinced with you their wont be any point. USCIS will do what they think is rite. Do us all a favor and email them instead :D

My lawyer told me USCIS will close down for a couple of months do to the stress of the TSC transfers sending 75% of their work force on holiday.

08.05.2010 I-130 priority date 08.14.2010 I-130 NOA1 11.03.2010 Transfer from CSC to TSC 01.19.2011 Service Request for out of processing time. Congressional Intervention 02.07.2011 I-130 Approved 02.14.2011 Shipped from TSC to NVC

NVC (33 days from #assigned to CC)
02.17.2011 Case number assigned 02.18.2011 Case # & INN received. Gave email addresses. Emailed DS 3032. Paid AOS Fee 02.22.2011 AOS Fee appeared as paid. Mailed AOS. DS 3032 accepted 02.24.2011 AOS received. IV bill generated and paid 02.25.2011 IV bill fee appeared as paid. Mailed IV 02.28.2011 IV packet received 03.09.2011 AOS entered in the system 03.11.2011 IV entered in the system 03.15.2011 AVR RFE 03.16.2011 Sent RFE response. Service request for supervisor review. Emailed NVC for re-review of document 03.17.2011 Received RFE checklist in email. NVC received RFE response. Emailed US Embassy to review document. 03.18.2011 Embassy confirmed the document was valid. Forwarded Embassy email to NVC. 03.22.2011 Sign In Failed. Case Complete 03.25.2011 Interview assigned
