Hello Everyone:

My fiance is sending our petition today!! We are February filers!!!yeahhhhh :yes::yes::yes:

I know this will take time (Hope less that 5 months), but it's worth the wait when you know that in the end you will be with your lover Forever!!

I want to thank all the Visajourney members who have helped us with our petition

and I would like to keep in touch with other February filers as well!!! :)

02-03-2011 - I-129F sent

02-04-2011 - I-129F received. Signed by Vill.

02-10-2011 - NOA1 (Email-message)

02-15-2011- NOA1 (Hard-copy received)

03-06-2011 - NOA2(email-text message)

NOA2 (3 MONTHS,3 WEEKS,4 DAYS)

06-15-2011- Packet 3 received by email

08-04-2011- Packet 3 Back to the Embassy

08-25-2011- Packet 4 Received (Interview day:09-08-2011)

09-08-2011- Interview (APPROVED)

09-13-2011- Visa Received (It took only 3 business days)

09-22-2011- POE

09-23-2011- My baby's B-day!

AOS

11-18-2011- We got married!

01-20-2012- AOS package sent

01-23-2012- AOS package received by USCIS

01-27-2012- NOA1 (email)

02-01-2012- NOA 1 (Hard-Copy Received)

02-07-2012- Biometrics Appointment Notice Received

02-13-2012- Email saying case was transferred to another office(Waiting for the hard copy to see where it was sent)

02-17-2012- Hard-Copy received- AOS transferred to CSC

02-21-2012- Biometrics Appointment-

03-13-2012- Biometrics Retaken due to they didn't take right my fingerprints.

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.

Hi I'm also February filer, my fiance is now at the Post Office sending the papers. I also made a link here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/293797-february-2011-filers/ not sure if there's an existing one. Hopefully we can hear more from the other filers and processing won't take too long. VJ is a very helpful site and it doesn't cost anything really means a lot coz this processing of visa will cost a lot ;)

Hey! My boyfriend and I are also february filers. He posted the I-129f package off yesterday. Its exciting now that the process has really started. Hopefully we wont get any RFE's and same to you! Lets stay in touch!

I am just waiting for the documents to get here from my fiance.

I am planning on mailing the 129 in on Febuary 14th. Hopefully V-day will bring us good luck.

12/17/07 - Met in the US

12/22/10 - We got Engaged

02/03/11 - Mailed I-129F with Delivery Confirmation through USPS Express

02/06/11 - I-129F delivered to TX

02/10/11 - NOA-1 Received

05/16/11 - NOA-2 Received

I hope we'll hear more from February filers...I guess we'll be all in this together for a few months. Let's update our timeline so we can all track :) Oh btw, how'd you know who signed the petition once received, we're expecting it to be received today. Thanks!

S glad to see Feb filer same with my country. We passed our package last Feb 3rd since it's Chinese New Year, thinking it'll also bring us luck.....hopefully it'll go smoothly. Keep us posted :)

Hi everyone! Im a February filer too. Was supposed to file in January but i sent in the incorrect fee. Now our packet has been delivered at the Texas Lockbox on Feb 3... I wish us all good luck and lots of patience in this journey were going through!

02/03/11 | I-129F application received in Texas Lockbox

02/08/11 | NOA 1

02/10/11 | NOA1 Hard Copy. Case forwarded to VSC
