From what I understand (I've never gotten an RFE), and someone please correct me if I am wrong, you don't have to use the envelope they provide. You can use a larger full size envelope that will fit m

When you originally sent your paper, and go the RFE. Did you by any chance happen to send your taxes incomplete, without some of the attachments? I ask this because I have been doing some reach and think that mostly people get a RFE because they summit their taxes incomplete. I have the idea that in most cases the uscis send you a RFE because they need the attachment to try and see if your taxes add up, and are genuine. If this were the case, it could be a very good idea to also send them tax transcripts.

If this were the case, it could be a very good idea to also send them tax transcripts.

--> whatever forms i submit to IRS, I just copy and send them to uscis.

I'm approved! Got the letter in the mail today. Date of decision: 05/03/2011.

Quick question, at the top, where there is my name and address, they put only an initial and my last name (initial could be first name initial or middle name initial, it's the same letter). Was this the way it was for you all? I just wonder if that's normal or if it's a mistake and that my GC will have this instead of my full name...

I'm approved! Got the letter in the mail today. Date of decision: 05/03/2011.

Quick question, at the top, where there is my name and address, they put only an initial and my last name (initial could be first name initial or middle name initial, it's the same letter). Was this the way it was for you all? I just wonder if that's normal or if it's a mistake and that my GC will have this instead of my full name...

Yes, my letter came with just initial on my name too, and my came out all correct. So no worry, yours are just normal.
