Do you have the biometrics letter in hand? If so, go over to the Philly ASC on Monday or whenever you have time. I took my wife there 3 weeks early and we did a walk-in without even calling them first. We were in and out within an hour. They seem to be dead after 11:30AM and before 12:30PM (most appointments are scheduled between 8:00AM - 11:00AM and again after lunch 1:00PM or so).

If you don't have a biometrics letter in hand, make an infopass appointment with Philadelphia, explain the situation and see if they can give you a biometrics letter on the spot to take to Philly or the one in Florida where you are moving.

Hope this helps.

PS- Don't forget to fill out a change of address at USCIS.gov for the case and have USPS forward your mail for a year.

USCIS mail will NOT be forwarded. Government mail is never allowed to be forwarded.

I would first try a walk-in at the Philly office. If you have proof that you're moving that would be good in case they try and deny it. If you are unable to attend your biometrics in Philly I would try and attend at the Florida office. A few people have done this successfully. I would do it BEFORE your appointment date so that if they won't allow the walk-in you can try and reschedule.

Good luck.

You can always try to WALK IN BIOMETRICS ..... Go to the mentioned ASC and hopefully you'll be able to make it ..... If not, when you move to the new place ..... Go to the local ASC (My biometrics appointment was at BALTIMORE but I went to VIRGINIA'S ASC and I had absolutely no problem at all) .....

If god forbid both of these doesn't work, then take and infopass appointment and check with the immigration officer - I'm sure, he'll be able to help you out :) .... Good luck

Congrats!! :)

Remember to file the AR-11 (for immigrant) and I-865 (for sponsor) when you move. Do the AR-11 online (for current cases) AND hard-copy (your main file). Here is the online change of address page: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa.Terms

Good luck with your move :)

This is a good sign! Generally, applications that are transferred to CSC means that you will likely be approved without an interview. Make sure that your address has indeed been updated with USCIS because they will mail the green card to the address they have on file and you want to make sure that they have the correct mailing address for your new location.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
