Hi all, I am filling out i751 and section 5 asks for Children details? Does this apply to child born after entering the US and receiving conditional green card? It is not very clear on the application. My son is US citizen by birth and did not arrive with me to the US so I don't see any relevance. Second, it seems like we are not required to provide photographs, is that true? Finally, as part of evidence, I am planning to attach copy of marraige certificate, birth certificate of our son, tax returns for past 2 years, latest bank account statement, and copy of apt lease. Is that enough or we should have more? Thanks for all your help.

Yes, You list ALL children, this includes one born after getting CR Green-card, ones that immigrated with, and ones that remained behind, also in the case of a joint filing with US citizen spouse, you list their children too from before marriage. It says "List ALL children"

As for photos, no passport photos, however we did attach photos together from various vacations and events over past 2 years.

Copy of green-card front and back..

Copies of Driver's licenses showing same address, ... MORE: http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide#evidence

If you get interviewed I would mention it.

As for problem, probably not, I would suspect people miss-read this all the time.
