Well, All I can assume that If DOS needs money again, they will move the PD forward and couple months later it will get retrogressed. When i looked at waiting list...it looks like 3-5 years to get PD

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

VB is being published since more than a decade and its very strange they dont know THIS. can happen.

Its not some tec problem may be coz of huge number of hits on their website yesterday resulted in // COPMUTERS HD //to crash!

Its better VB in idle, :yes: atleast PD will remain close. Friday! Oh no. Bye bye VB. :)

Honestly NO ONE HERE with respect/regards cannot answer that question. dos or nvc front line agents dont have access to this information. The only real thing that we can do is to wait. As to when it would be released .... No one can be specific. Remember the dos reporting comes from the consulates... Afterwhich the "spreadsheet" is worked on by humans.. if there is a delay no one would know the real reason.
