There is an error here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

4. Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses Passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps).

Entry stamps are NOT required as part of AOS from a K1 (I do not know enough about a K3, could be as the K3 is multiple entry). Could this please be removed (or amended to state only applies to K3's.. if it does) as there was recently a post about it and people were telling the OP to copy EVERY stamp in his wife's well travelled passport.

Thanks in advance :)

I think the original intent on entry stamps is to prevent any questions on entry date. Easy to do things like this were potentially optional but easy and could save a potential RFE. We can revisit and label as such if the community agrees. There have been improvements in electronic entry records but having a copy showing the entry date on the visa was the intent.

Edit: My first note may be that the I-485 instructions (10.F,2) state the eligibility as being (with many exceptions) that a K-1 holder filed within 90 days of entry (I know people can file later even if OOS however there are catches and caveats to that approach). The entry stamp shows this entry date and the dated marriage certificate with filing date of the I-485 shows the major requirements have been met to file.

You make a good point. Maybe then amended to read K1 entry stamp rather than the broad statement of "entry stamps" so they know that if you visited the US 10 years ago, then 5 years ago etc.. those are irrelevant.

You nearly gave me a heart attack with the 10.f.2 thing.. luckily (for me :) ) you wrote it wrong. That particular section says K1 holder MARRYING the petitioner within 90 days, not filing within 90 days. There is no deadline for filing AOS and I though you were saying they'd amended the instructions to add one...
