hi everyone! is there anyone here (who are Filipinos who became USC) who had filed for I130 or who had petitioned their parents? how long did it take you to get approval?

NOA1 - July 27,2010

hi, we have the same timeline.. . .can i ask did you also receive an email from USCIS saying that your petition's status is "post-decision activity"? i got an email nov. 24. . . saying that they have received my case from the dept. of state for review. . .

NOA1 Received : August 16, 2010

NOA2 Received : March 11, 2011 (207 days from NOA1)

Visa : April 1, 2011

Paid AOS and Visa via Mail : April 4,2011

I864 sent : (by the petitioner) April 13, 2011 (overnight)

AOS RFE :(co-sponsor proof of citizenship) : April 23,2011

May 19, 2011 Immunization and got the CD xray :)

INTERVIEW RESULT : APPROVED!!!! :)

My case was touched today.

hi Sumit! good for you!!! i think you're gonna get your approval sooner than me! as for my parents' petition, the recorded (message) status at USCIS is saying to wait 180 days when it was transferred to Texas :crying: to make a follow up.
