Ok let me know if you manage to speak to someone and if they did put the effort to look for your package.

I think I will give them a call in any case if I do not get any news by Friday....

i will call them too.I check my mailbox everyday but nothing from them yet :((

11/8/10: Medical exam

11/12/10:Get married

11/19/10: I-693 sealed.It means my chest x ray is fine :)

11/20/10: Package [ I-130,I-485,I-765] sent to Lockbox

11/22/10 [Day 1]: Delivered there

11/29/10 [Day 7]: Return receipt from USPS

12/13/10 [Day 21]: Texts and email received [ after 21 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

12/16/10 [Day 24]: Snail copy received

12/18/10 [Day 26]: Every single form touched

12/20/10 [Day 28]: Biometrics letter received

1/13/11 [Day 51]: Biometrics done

1/24/11 [Day 62]: Biometrcis appointment received AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!I was like #######

2/04/11 [Day 72]: Second biometrics done

2/15/11 [Day 83]: EAD in production.

2/18/11 [Day 86]: Interview letter received, set for March 21

2/22/11 [Day 90]: EAD mailed out.

2/25/11 [Day 93]: EAD received

3/21/11 [Day 118]: Interview but left with no decision ToT

3/31/11 [Day 128]: RFE regarding police clearance

4/13/11 [Day 141]: RFE sent

4/19/11 [Day 147]: Card in production

4/22/11 [Day 150]: Welcome2USA letter received

It took 5 stressful months exactly.

10/ /06 started dating long distance, not fun

7/15/08 we gave birth to a beautiful baby boy

11/11/10 we got married in amazing Santa Barbara

11/17/10 mailed I 130, I 131, AP and EAD

11/25/10 package received

12/06/10 checks cashed

12/08/10 Email/ text

12/11/10 NOA hard copies in the mail

01/ /11 biometrics walk in successful in Oxnard

02/07/11 EAD in production, AP post decision activity

02/11/11 AP in hand

02/14/11 EAD in the mail!!!!!!!

02/17/11 EAD in hand + applied for SSN

04/13/11 Interview and Approval letter, card in production!!!

Hi everyone.

Our AOS was filed(received) on 11/22/2010, and we just received our NOA1 dated 11/30/2010. Our biometrics appointment is scheduled for 12/16/2010, and we are going to wait for it. We're really excited! I hope everything else moves this quickly! :)

08/24/2010: APPROVED! VISA IN HAND! :) (AP lasted exactly 2 months)

08/28/2010: Entry to USA at JFK.

09/17/2010: We're married!!! :)

11/22/2010: AOS filed (I-485, I-765, I-313)

11/30/2010: Received NOA1

12/16/2010: Biometrics Appointment

02/07/2011: EAD Approved

02/15/2011: Received AOS Appointment date

02/16/2011: Received AP document!

02/17/2011: Received EAD!

03/18/2011: AOS appointment (Cleveland Office)

03/23/2011: Received Approval Notice

03/31/2011: Received Green Card! :)

same with me..... my package was deliverd on Nov.22. I will wait until Friday to hear something.ohhh....no email/text/ snail mail. I check my mailbox everyday as well, and my bank account. ha ha ha.

February 16 2009 - August 2010---- on pre-completion OPT ( while writing my thesis)

August 2010--- graduated from grad school

August 2010-February 16 2011--- on post- completion OPT

My AOS timeline:

Nov 20 2010--- got married!! :) sent our AOS package to Chicago Lockbox.

Nov 22 2010--- package recived with my AOS (EAD, AP,I-130)

Dec 8 2010--- checks cashed for both AOS and I-130 and recived email and text notification ( 16 emails and 16 texts!wow!)

Dec 10 2010--- hard copy of NOA1 for AOS, I-131,I-130, I-765 recived via USPS

Dec 18 2010--- recived BIometrics appt. letter for Jan 7, 2011.

Dec 20 2010--- biometrics done, walk in

Feb 4 2011--- email notification that my EAD card has been ordered.sweet!

2010/12/28 - Biometrics Appointment completed

2011/01/26 - Received email notified for EAD card in production

2011/01/30 - Received email notified for EAD card in production again

2011/02/01 - Received letter for approved AP (no update on the USCIS website)

2011/02/03 - Received EAD Card in mail

2011/02/28 - Received email notified for interview date 4/4/2011

2011/04/04 - AOS Interview approved.

2011/04/09 - Green Card in the mail.

I did not recive aby emails/ texts efor my NOA1, but my check are cashed! I was never so happy to have check cashed. :dance: ha ha. At least I know that the process is started. WHOO HOOO! It seems they are very much behind. It is hard to believe that this is just a beginning of cinfusing, tiring and long way to green card.'

I will keep posting the progress.

Yes, things moving quicker than I thought... but you never know what coming next, could be a REF or something to delay the whole thing.... wish everyone here on VJ to have a smooth and quick process :)

This is not going fast at all on my side :( Still no news so far....

My timeline:

10/2009 - E2 Visa delivered by the US Embassy in Paris.

12/2009 - Relocation in Big Apple :)

06/2010 - Mariage in France.

11/2010 - Assembly of package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131).

11/22/10 - package sent to Chicago (FedEx/Overnight.

11/23/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:18 am.

12/08/10 - Received Rejection Notice of the package for incorrect fees.

12/09/10 - Corrected package sent again to Chicago (Fedex Overnight).

12/10/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:08 am.

12/14/10 - Received emails/texts notifications of acceptance from USCIS.

12/20/10 - NOA1 received for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131(hard copies).

01/03/11 - Appointment Notice received - Biometrics appointment set for the 01/25.

01/25/11 - Biometrics done.

02/16/11 - Received Email: EAD in production, Post decision/Approval for AP.

02/26/11 - Received EAD/AP Card

03/28/11 - Interview notification received by email. Interview set for the 05/03.
