Medical Exam in Gujarat,India

If you are now ready for medical exam test,then here is the some important information and procedure. First of all make a apointment with the nearest hospital from the list(Physicians List). On the apointment day reach at that hospital by 8 AM.Please carry the following list with you:

~ 3 Photographs

~ 3 photocopies of Passport + Original Passport

~ 3 photocopies of Interview Letter + Original Interview Letter

~ One BLACK PEN (Dont forget this,you will need it many times)

~ Carry Rs.5000 to Rs.6000 (for 1 person)

After reaching there contact the representative at the Help desk.They will give you form,so fill up it and give them back with your passport & photograps. After that they will guide you where to go and what to do. This process can vary at each hospital.Now i am talking about Apollo hospital gandhinagar,bit i think it will be same at all hospitals.

First of all they will check your eyes, to check wether you have spects/lences. After that you need to pay Rs.1600 at the desk.Then they will send you into 1 lab for blood test,so that guy will take your blood.Next is Chest Xray. They will send u to the radiology department for X-ray,its simple 2 min process. Now the help desk guy will give you some forms to fill up.In that using BLACK pen you need to fill that forms.You have to just write ur name,case number and basic details.After that you need to go in the physician doctor's office.There are separate physician for Gents & Ladies.So gents will go in Gent Doctor's office and Ladies in Lady doctor's office.Ok, now the doctor will ask you some questions, like have you any of there illness or anytime admitted etc, and according to ur answers he will fill the form. After that on the bed(you will be stripped ),he will check your whole body from all sides like to check u have any surgery or not? and other things. If u have any vaccination records then show him at that time otherwise he will checked some vaccines on the form which are appropriate regarding as ur age.Now you need to pay money for those vaccines which will be given to you next.I think generally they will give you the 3 common vaccines(TD,MMR,Varicella) and it cost Rs.1641.Plz remember this can be vary. Now u will go in vaccination center room, nurse will give you 2 vaccines on 2 hand and 1 on you Thapo. Guess what........NOW YOU ARE DONE.

P.S : If any kid under age of 12 has medical exam then they will do A Mantoux Test.And that kid has to come again over there after 2 days for Test read by doctor.PLZ read this link for more info about A Mantoux Test.(A Mantoux Test)

Ask the help desk about to collect your Medical reports,in gandhinagr you can pick up on the same day at 4PM.
