So I've been looking around to see what Dr's are available for the medical in Toronto.

I know there is Dr. Seiden but I did read about another place Medysis , anyone heard of that? I read about it on this guys post:

I looked it up on yahoo and they are still there.

2010 Nov 1: RFE (G-325A & Photos)

2010 Nov 9: Touched

12/06/10: hubby emailed DS3032 again..got a confirmation same day!

12/06/10: IV bill invoiced

12/07/10: DS-3032 (Choice of agent) accepted

12/10/10: mailed AOS packet!

12/15/10: pay IV bill

01/10/11: hubby mailed IV packet

02/01/11: checklist from NVC hubby has to fill out EP for montreal!

02/06/11: hubby completed and submitted EP application.

03/10/11: SIF/ case complete=)

04/12/11: Medical completed!

04/20/11: Picked up medical...passed =)

05/03/11: Interview Scheduled @ 8AM!!! =)

05/03/11: APPROVED YAY! =)

05/09/11: Visa in hand! =)

yes I was in and out of seidans within 90 minutes. good doctor and stafff.. however I do want to know what everyone did with their chest xray I mean did you carry it normal or did you fold it? Mine is huge and I dont know how I am going to carry everything at the moment.The lady at seidens office handed it too me gave it too me slightly folded so it could fit in my bag.

If you scroll down to the Medical info, it talks about Dr. Seiden and Medisys from Montreal. I'm assuming you don't HAVE to go with Dr. Seiden in Toronto and can find another venue to get it done (Medisys in Toronto), but as Joevegas pointed out, it seems the Medisys appointment was quite the ordeal.

I have not completed the medical YET, so I can't speak from personal experience.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

CR-1 journey

USCIS: (170 days)

2010-03-27: I-130 sent

2010-09-23: NOA2

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

I received mine back on a CD , i had mine done at Medisys in Montreal, Quite the ordeal

4 1/2 hours long!!!

are you sure that there was two in toronto ever? I mean I called a place in toronto in regards to getting some shots that were needed and i believe the place was called medisys and they do vaccinations. (They also do immigration medicals but for people immigrating to CANADA) Just curious lol

Seidens is the way to go though

There used to be A LOT of places you could get the medical. My friend had his done in Windsor years ago, but then they eliminated most of the places for some reason. I'm not sure if Medisys/Toronto got cut at that time, but it is highly possible.

I used Siedens in Toronto as well.

They were extremely nice and polite.

Being first in line I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Oh, and I packed my xray in my tote with my books when I moved.

Had my appointment with Dr. Seiden's Toronto office this morning. Got there late (7:45) and was still out of there in under two hours. Friendly and fast. Does anyone know if he gives you an extra copy of the vaccination form (DS-2032, I believe)?
