10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

I lied. Serves me right for trusting the AVRS, it was entered into the system yesterday! And guesses on a SIF?

Also, is it possible for me to get an early February interview? The problem with the Jerusalem is consulate is that Palestinians need at least six weeks to receive a Police Clearance from Israel that has to be forwarded directly to the consulate. Israel will only release such a certificate after the interview letter has been generated.

I can't take a guess but mine took 8 days to get SIF. February interview date is possible depends on how busy your consulate is.

asad, glad to hear that your RFE was entered. I mailed mine on 11/26 but due to weekends it was delivered on 11/29. When do you think mine will be entered?

I called NVC an hour ago and operator told me that they are still waiting for my photographs :( it has been 9 days todays that my photographs were delivered to NVC.

I wish you get early interview date.

All applicant’s education, employment and all personal files

Erm...what does this even mean? University transcripts? High school too? Grammar school? And for work...what exactly?

i already sent me ds230 forms and they entered on october 29th. now AVRS says you have missing info at your financal evidence and we sent you mail on December 3rd. but i tried sign in to online payment status page but sign in failed . AVRS can be wrong ?

How and When SIF happens???

My opinion -

When an initial reviewer from NVC reviews both the AOS and IV package and finds everything OK, they will sign the case file and recommend for Final Review from a senior Officer. When they don't need anything from Petitioner/Agent/Lawyer they will just deactivate our profile from NVC payment portal system and that's when we get most wanted SIF :D
