Superviosr Sue is so legendary that noone knows if she's real or if it's some sort of reach-around the inbox filter.

Looks like you just don't have an IIN number. So they can't give you. Keep calling few times a day. Once early monring, once later in the evening. At least.

thanks again, either way i emailed this legendary supervisor sue so maybe she can respond with good news. ill keep calling. i want my IIN now so that I can move forward with all of this. too stressful. sigh.

Okay here's my cover sheet for the ds 230, does it look okay?? I do have a question on the one in bold. I don't understand what it is?? Is it different than PCC? I got this from the wiki ds 230 cover sheet template on here. Maybe it's outdated. Can someone help me out with that one and explain what it is? Also can I get a thumbs up here or down :-P about this checklist:

• Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

• DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

• DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

• Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport

o 2 copies provided due to a passport renewal during this process

• Original/Certified Birth Certificate of beneficiary and a copy

• Original/Certified Marriage Certificate and a copy

Original/Certified Passport Office Police Certificate for Beneficiary and a copy

• Original/Certified Police Clearance Certificate and a copy

o Passport number on PC belongs to the old passport; hence copies of both old/new biographic passport pages.

Thanks!!

Passport office police certificate isn't applicable in all countries. I only know of India having two types of PCC. Most countries have only one time of PCC, used for both passport and everything else.

Make sure you include the cover-sheet with barcode. And you may want to include a cover letter as the second page (after the barcode cover-sheet) explaining any oddities in your case, like the reason for having copies of two passport. Don't make your cover letter a dissertation worthy of being submitted by Steven Hawkings. Something short, concise, with bullet points will do nice. Just my opinion which are always meant for entertainment, not as legal advice.

How long after the the case # and IIN are created does it take to receive the 3032 and AOS Bill?

After IIN, you should be able to pay your AOS bill in 2-3 days.

You shouldn't wait around for the DS3032. You should pro-actively send it to NVC. If you wait on NVC, it might end up taking 4-6 weeks. What you want to do is email your DS3032 to NVC. For guidance, peruse many of the guides avaialbe on VISAJourney. An excellent one is here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse . Hopefully, you've called NVC and asked them that they should email everything to you and your spouse, rather than using snail mail. To that end, you have already given them your email address. Do so, ASAP. If you haven't.

It won't show up in your signature. The timeline in your signature is hand-typed. You can add anything you want in your signature by going to you account setting. If you have a timeline on VJ, by filling out the form. That's good enough. People put in on their signature to be fanciful. And to include more details. Sometimes, it's easier to help someone if you know where they are in their journey.

Thanks. I provided our email addresses. Just to confirm, we email the signed 3032 to NVCInquiry@state.gov? Im nervous about making a barcode.... is it necessary or does it work if we just write the NVC case number and IIN on the form?
