2010-10-18 – medical completed - PASSED! (october 18 and 19, 2010)

2010-11-04 – interview @ 6:30am US Embassy Manila, Philippines - VISA APPROVED!!!!!

2010-11-04 - VISA RECEIVED

2010-08-03 – call air 21 for the delivery of the crab forms

2010-08-04 – air21 deliver’s the forms

2010-08-05 – 2010-08-05 to 2010-08-19 completed the forms and required documents, except

for hubby’s tax and employment records

2010-09-17 – hubby mail his tax and other documents needed through USPS

2010-09-24 – receives hubby’s mail

2010-09-24 – call air 21 for pick –up

Hi there! your case was completed just one day after mine...so now we are waiting for interviews, I believe we missed the October interviews since they schedule the second week in September (we missed it) so I am thinking most likely November Interview...best of luck to you!:thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: and welcome to this thread!! there are a couple of us waiting for interviews!!

I am having mixed emotions as I get ever so much close to the final interview date. I know once the VISA is finally issued I may want to go through this process again because it is going to feel sooooooooooooooo good for all of this ####### to be over with. :rofl::blink::thumbs::bonk: Can I get an Amen... haha

hi! i just want to ask how did you know that you case was already transfer to manila us embassy. our case was completed last sept 18, 2010.. til now still have no idea if our case was already forwarded. coz my husband just called at nvc and the avr told him to wait for another 6 to 8 weeks.... ;(

The 6-8 weeks is what they tell everyone. Mine AVR said the same as yours.

Let me ask you a question. Did you do your CFO and CENOMAR? I was told we need that for PI. My wife said there is another one (CFA) also. Its confusing to me cause I dont know where the Philippine Government have all these requirements listed. I think they are just looking for $$$ as a last chance to get something from us... :blush:

I just bought my wife's ticket and they could not issue a e=ticket and she had to go to Manila to pick it up and of course it cost about $100 in taxes & fees to do that. That doesn't include the departure tax... I would think getting a passport would be enough but they put all this other stuff, with a fee of course, on top of that. All this just gets old after a while. I dont see the Government doing much for the people just take take take...

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

The way NVC is going, i hope to get interview before november 2011.

That's how I feel. Our NVC was completed early August and I don't expect to get an appointment until February. :(

Thanks do you know if there is a Web site that shows exactly what the Philippine Gov. want when CR1 visas are being requested for the US EMbassy. I have heard this both ways. I was hoping to find the source of all of this...THANKS You guys might even see each other at St Lukes...

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I hope you are feeling better. Even though I just got SIF, I got it while I'm fighting severe anemia. So we are both waiting for that November interview while taking meds and staying in bed lol.

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved
