I've already entered info about myself on previous visits to the site. I get to the page where I confirm that I'm authorized to schedule...select DHL branch...submit...THEN..

there's a screen coming up saying "Visa Info Service" that has an American flag, and it's asking for username, password, and I can choose Live Service, Consulate, or CSC Admin. from a dropdown menu. THAT'S where I'm stuck. Been trying for a few days now.

Yes, I've emailed them, on Friday. No reply, but I didn't expect. Others must be able to schedule their appointments, since the next available date keeps getting farther and farther away. :crying:

A thought I had just now...Would packet 4 have had a username and password to use? I'm not home right now and my mom has mailed it out to me. She kept a copy though, so if you guys tell me there's a password in there somewhere, I'll certainly ask her to look for it on the copy.

I'm having the EXACT same problem!! I've been trying since Friday to schedule my appointment - and I keep watching the date get further into the future.. on Friday the first appointment was November 2nd, and today it's November 9th...

I don't know what to do either! Is there a phone number anywhere that we can call to get more info? I can't find one... I've asked my immigration lawyer for help but I'm not sure he'll know what to do either...

help!! :(

I was having the same problem! It took three days of trying for me to get through! You just have to keep closing the browser and trying again or backing up to summary page and trying again. I know that's not what you want to hear but you WILL get through! When you do get through, book your appointment right away! I made it through the first time once before work and figured since I got through I'd be able to get through again after work. I was WRONG! I got the dreaded blue screen again for another day and a half!

Best of luck and KEEP TRYING!!

Why do you have to book the appointment yourself ? Don't they (the US Embassy) book it for you and send you a letter ?

I never done the above and they sent me a letter recently, but from what I have been reading I think I still need to register the DHL location, however, on that page after I logged in, it shows I have no current appointment been booked, yet the letter from the Embassy says I got one. I am so confused now. Can someone help explain ?

Booking the K-1 interview is a new thing. Package 3 contains information on how to book your interview and sign up for the DHL pick up. The embassy/consul doesnt book interviews anymore for K-1s.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

After trying a million times I still couldn't get into the system, kept getting that login screen, even from 3 different computers. I was able to get my appointment scheduled by calling the Vancouver number. You'll need to provide all the info in your letter, but the lady I spoke to was great. I then received an email confirming the date. I'm headed to Montreal for a November 19th interview!!
