we sent out our I- 130 on 1st sept and hopefully we will hear something soon...

If you are talking about NOA1 by "having heard from them," you should wait atleast 2 weeks. It normally takes 11 or so days to get NOA1. And if you are talking about NOA2, I say bhahhahahhahahahhahaha. See you in 2011.

They do seem to be back logged with March/April filers. It is just the waiting that is frustating and hoping that there are no issues/mistakes to cause a RFE

Evening all,

My wife filed my cr1 app and was delivered on the 9th of September.

No response just yet, holding out for something hopefully within the next 2 weeks.

I also had a cheque drawn out ot them and have no idea how I check the status of it!

If it was from an American bank you can pretty much check the status online with the bank. Ours hasn't been cashed yet either, just everything takes time. How cool to see so many Brits as Sept filers (3 but still pretty cool)

when we originally filed the K1 visa, i came to this forum and there was no brits filing at the same time, well, none that i could see.

where would you both be living when you get over there?

me, ill be in New Jersey.
