The issue with putting pictures like that on a social networking site are not that it "triviliazes the IDF into a joke".

Well for those that would see comedy in such a conflict it would, IMO.

The psychological implications really are crazy here.

Spin spin spin. What do you think her punishment should be?

Oh dear.

Since you are so interested, what consequences do you think she should face, if any? Just be blunt about it, no drama on this topic, please.

IMO, she's likely had enough public embarrassment already, as people that do stupid things sometimes regret their actions later. Hopefully, in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, she begins doing something more in the direction of reconciliation, aka, seeking ways to not be construed as an IDF bully. But then again, she isn't in uniform anymore, so maybe her plan should change.

There is so much resentment on both sides of the issue it will continue till all of us are dead and gone. Or one annihilates the other.

I already suggested a punishment. A few laps and a warning cuts it for me.

Do you see a dishonorable discharge as excessive?

I wonder how many images I could find of bound, blindfolded headless corpses on the webz?

But the bound Palestinians had their feelings hurt.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I'd need to be fully aware of the complete case before reacting as to what I'd like for an IDF military board to do to this ex-soldier. Excessive? Perhaps not.

she'd have to be recalled back to active duty first.

Why are you unable to view this incident without bringing in your personal prejudices?

Perhaps you will answer the question I asked Marc. Or perhaps not...

He remembers you forgot.
