Is it real? the cut off date of F3 is 15/July of march 2013, how is it possible that guy's PD of 28/July could get the interview letter in March 21th. I do not think that news is correct, maybe your firend confuse his PD. perphaps his PD is 08/July, not 28/July. please help us to check and update us as soon as possible. thanks.
