A Vietnamese with PD 29Jan2001 has just received the email letter. If this's real, August VB will be 01Feb2001.

i just talked with him on phone.

he ,and their all family members got immigrant visa.

strange...they started on 21..!! may be there will be more movement in august vb then July vb

last month somebody updated that somebody with pd 25 jan got interview letter from Vietnam forum

but in july vb..it was 22 jan 01 for f4...so we should wait for reliable source....
