We sent our packet yesterday so we will have an August NOA1. Woot!

Mailed ours Saturday. Finally!!! PO estimates that it will arrive tomorrow. Part 2 of the Journey has begun!

Not that many August filers thus far. Was looking at the July post and by this time there were about 8-9 people who had filed.

On Friday we got the emails from USCIS saying that our stuff was received!

Nice, I see you sent them the package on 7/31 - Saturday. This response is fairly quick even if they received on Monday. Hope it stays the same way

Wow, that's good! I sent our package certified mail with return receipt and we received Friday the return receipt from the Postal Service, but that's it so far. The receipt was stamped "USCIS CHICAGO LOCKBOX" and stamped "Aug-3 2010". No emails yet from USCIS and check still not cashed.

I don't know either why there aren't more August filers. Hard to believe there are only 3 of us.

Based on what I have been seeing we should have our NOA1 e-notification by Wednesday, if not tomorrow. Checks will probably be cashed around the same time.

I am very nervous since the last rejection, just want them to accept the application.

I am also a August AOS filer. I orginally sent the papers in July but it was returned due to an outdated form.

My papers were signed for today in Chicago.. I am so scared about getting another RFE..

I just received the USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails.

We just got our paper NOA1's in the mail. They say our received date was on August 2nd and the notice date is August 6th. (although we only just got the receipt emails on Friday).
