Well I did not see a topic so here we are. Received Email today our son will have his interview on 9/22/10 at 7:00am. Hope more emails travel to everyone :)

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Hi Teya, hows ur process going on? Hmmmnn hope and pray to have SIF and appointment letter late of August :innocent: . But we're just accomplished submitted our docs to NVC last 2 days ago...So if i cant have my appointment letter by August then for sure i will be on this thread :blush: ...

This thread isn't picking up because the NVC has really slowed down; no case completes in the last few weeks.

Anyway, I do hope I can start posting in here regularly, but that desire may not materialize especially with the slow down. Anyway, good luck to the lone September interviewee in here.

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

Congratz 2 does who got there interview for september. Im very upset because my case completed on June 11 and still I havent received nothing. this is so frustrating.

My case got completed on August 15, and SIF ON August 16. I'm in F2A with my dad and 2 brothers. the petitioner is my mom(an lpr). My interview date is September 28, my brother is september 27, my other brother is september 29, and my dad is september 30(in the lagos,Nigeria consulate). I thought our interview will be on the same day as a family, but it seems that since our petitions were filed seperately(not derivatives), the interview gets to be seperate. I'm excited though to finally have an interview date after waiting so long. Goodluck to everyone. :)
