How to obtain driving record/history from Netherlands

To any fellow (ex) Dutch citizens,

I was wondering whether any holders of a Dutch driving license know how to get hold of their driving record/history from RDW? I am applying for a Zipcard membership and they seem to want that for insurance purposes.

I can't seem to find anything on www.rdw.nl and don't even know what it's called in Dutch...

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue with zipcar and RDW says that they don't have a service to get a copy of your driving record. They do have an echtheidsverklaring which verifies the authenticity of your licence but I'm no sure that is sufficient. Any tips would be appreciated...
