I'm not much of a cook. A few days ago I made homemade gnocchi. They turned out remarkably good and went great with store-bought marinara sauce. After I boiled the gnocchi, I drained out the water from the shallow pot and tossed in liberal amount of virgin olive oil and finely minced mint. Then I sautéed the gnocchi until they started to become light brown before adding the marinara sauce. Then I cooked them for another few minutes until the sauce thickened up. It was a pretty good dish. The leftover I baked next day and made a gnocchi sandwich for lunch. Sounds odd but hey, I liked it.

Ooohhhhh I'm not much of a cook, I just served up this 3 course meal to perfection with duck a la ronge, followed with tarte au frambois, and I grew the raspberries myself.

Something tells me some chocolate loaf cake you could knock out with no trouble at all lol

I tried frying some chicken wings the other day, you know I was trying to fit with these Atlanta people and it was a freaking disaster. An omen, probably. 3 years here and I stick out like Megan Fox's toe thumb on her perfect model body *sigh*

don't pat the wings dry. lightly coat them with seasoned flour. deep fry. mix melted butter with your favorite hot sauce and heat it up. toss the wings in that.
