:thumbs:Yes I sent my AOS package off on July 14,2010 and still no message or anything from USCIS !!!! I hope that i will hear from them soon .

November 2007: Michael Messaged Leanne on Facebook!

January 2009: Michael & Leanne got engaged!

May 26, 2009: Filed I-129F!

November 20, 2009: Leanne's medical in London (she never received packet 3)

Februay 4, 2010: Michael attended interview with Leanne... APPROVED!!!!!!!!

Februay 12, 2010: Leanne received her visa in the mail :)

April 9, 2010: P.O.E.

April 14, 2010: Wedding on the sand at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA t4527.gif

July 06, 2010: Mailed AOS package

July 08, 2010: Received in Chicago

July 15, 2010: Received text & email that app. was received

Alrighty--joining the ranks!

It's been soooo crazy because I work the night shift and I've been getting everything ready when I get home after working 12 hours and while my honey has helped out, I've been a bit controlling about it all and wanting to make sure everything is right. Went over to staples today to copy everything, went through it one last time, and overnight-ed it to Chicago!

Cost me $18 through USPS and David thought I was being very silly :bonk: but I don't want to delay it further on my part. It's supposed to arrive in Chicago at noon tomorrow...off to check the status!

I sent my delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation and apparently USPS "attempted" to deliver it...which is silly! It's a PO box, can't you just stick it in?? :bonk:

04/10/2010 - Sent the paperwork

04/13/2010 - USCIS received the package

04/19/2010 - SMS and emails about NOA's

04/22/2010 - NOA's (I485 and I765) arrived in mail

05/13/2010 - Biometrics letter arrived in mail

06/04/2010 - Biometrics

06/07/2010 - AOS and EAD touches

06/08/2010 - AOS and EAD touches

06/18/2010 - EAD Card production ordered

06/21/2010 - Received inteview appointment letter in the mail

07/01/2010 - EAD arrived in mail

07/26/2010 - Inteview

and I think on another timeline I saw that the check was cashed about the same time that they received the e-mail about the NOA... so we should get the NOAs in the mail and the check should be cashed within about 2 weeks after you send it. :)

I don't know why it takes so long for them to get the NOA1 out...for the K1 I remember it usually took about a day or so...c'mon tomorrow!

Michael--I told them not to do signature confirmation, is that the same thing? UGH. I hope it gets to the right hands tomorrow...please!!!
