Can ignoring RFE for I-129F have your I-130 cancelled?

If a petitioner would ignore an RFE for I-129F, I believe that they will cancel your K3 peition obviously.

I wouldn't care, cause I would want to cancel my K3 petition anyway, but my main concern is would it affect my I-130? would they still proceed and approve of it? Does an RFE for I-129F delays your I-130? and would ignoring an RFE for I-129F affects your I-130 approval in any means? please help

yes it would cancel your i-130. i had an RFE for my i-129 and just like u we had filed for both... when i got my RFE i called to ask they said that everything that they require in the paperwork that they send u is NEEDED otherwise they can not process anything.. so my advise is send them what they r asking for.. good luck

Know what you mean, would probably do the same thing, except these folks are trained to be suspicious! No way could they find that many naturally paranoid people to work for them! :lol: You could always send in the RFE info, then withdraw the K3 petition. Don't know if that would add more time to the process or not. I would just answer it, then let the K-3 die.
