you filed your I-130 in May? I believe this is what you are saying... and this would be for a CR-1 visa? if soo then you do nothing right now... except wait... and wait some more and just when you think you will looose your mind you will have to wait some more time... and then in about 5+ months from your NOA1 date <probably sometime in October> you will recieve your NOA2

I have seen some ppl get the NOA2 in about 4 months, but at the same time I have seen it take 6+ months to get it.... I think the average for India is about 5 months though

Good Luck  and Happy Waiting

You should study up on other ppls timeline from your consulate and india in general to get you a better expectation of when you will be through with this process. Also fill in and keep a current timeline to help other ppl. Just because you are pregnant is not reason enough to expedite the whole process... believe me when I say a whole lot of us would use that excuse... There was even a girl that was pregnant and due to stress had her baby several months early and she was not able to expidite the process <she even had a lawyer>. You should expect this process if ran ontime <without any hiccups> to take atleast 7-8 months before you get an interview..

My perdicitions for you:

I-130 NOA2 : Oct 2010

NVC complete: Dec 2010 if you dont have any hiccups

Interview in Jan or Feb <more than likely Feb>
