Hello everyone,

I have not been checking visajourney lately due to job search but I am happy to see that soo many people have gotten their green cards.

I unfortunately havent had any updates after receiving my ead and ap in mail ( that was in august).

I checked the uscis.gov website and it said that the current processing time for California Service Center is 4 months.I was transferred there in July so hopefully I will have my Green Card by Thanksgiving or so. Funny to think that I was soo happy when my case got transferred, I thought I would get my approval in no time.

Anyways, Good luck to all who are still waiting for their approval and enjoy your 2 years off from paper filing for those who already have their GC in hand.

Thank you for checking in with us and giving us an update. Hopefully you'll find a job soon and your AOS process will start moving along. (F)

We had the interview today. It took about ten minutes.

He wanted to see my passport and my husbands ID. We were sworn in and recorded.

He asked a couple questions like our names, when and were we met and when we got married.

Then I had to answer the YES and NO questions and he then asked to see some evidence. I showed him the joined credit cards and our bills but he wasn't interested in them and gave them back. Then I showed him photos and he asked when and where they were taken.

He then asked where I work and then where my husband works and we talked a little about work.

He said he'd approve my application and told us about the ROC.

Then we were sent home :)

Congrats to everyone that recieved their green cards so far. We are stuck at CSC with no touch since August 8th. Looks like a few of us from June had been put in the slow pile at CSC. Hopefully we can get our AOS done by Christmas.

Sorry I don't know the answer to this as we're past this step but I would suspect the same evidence that you had to collect now. I might suggest you also surf the Removal of Conditions forum on here for heads up though a lot can change by the time you have to file.

10 Year GC in hand. Yay!:dance:

Congrats finallyfree! You're finally free!!!

Just want to update, I got the GC production notice today!

Congrats!
