We are so happy that we assembled all the required documentation and filled out the forms and sent it off in the mail today. We checked everything a few times and we hope we didn't miss anything.

Hello Fellow June 2010 Filers!!! We filed ours 1st of June, 2010. I was really down for the past few days since we hadnt heard from USCIS not until today. We did receive three text messages now, I think for for AOS, EAD and AP. Well, I guess we will be receiving more messages in a few days from now.

One advise for those who are filing their AOS packet, EAD and AP, pleaese, please, double or triple check your application. You might be missing any forms, forgot to put down the correct information or missed to attach additional information. I prepared ours three days before I filed and sent it. Checked it, flip it, and organized it over and over again, which I was glad I did it since I found few mistakes of some of the information I provided. So please, triple or quadruple check it.

Agreed!! Double check everything! I also saw that someone from either May or April '10 AOS filers received an RFE for leaving the "assets" portion on their I-864 blank. Guess they want goose eggs or N/A's everywhere and no blanks at all.

I am a June filer as well! Our package arrived today to the Chicago Unit.

Yes, this happened to me too! Don't know what the heck happened but on my final check I realized I had TWO incorrect dates on the i-485 form! So glad I checked again.

Seriously? I thought you could just skip those parts if you didn't need them to qualify?

Biometrics appt received June-05-10

Biometrics appt set for June-22-10 at dawn

also I have an I-102 pending. (i lost my I-94)

102 sent on April-27-10

received at Texas Center on May-03-10

NOA on May-14-10

RFE sent on May-24-10 (never got it. Lost in the mail)

order to re-send RFE on June-08-10

Hello, tried to check the three receipt numbers under USCIS "check status" but they are all invalid. Check has been cashed today, and noticed a receipt number at the back of the check which is different from all the three receipt numbers with one last didgit. Also chec with USCIS "check status" and still it is invalid.

Have anyone experience the same thing? I guess I/We have to wait for the notice letter through the mail.

you have to wait for your noa to arrive, then you will be able to view your case. be patient. USCIS are very professional.

We mailed ours at the end of May so it will be received in June. Now we are waiting for our NOA.

Our AOS package was delivered today at Chicago Lock Box at 2:30 according to the USPS!
