Just a few things to finish up.

First, my wife has no middle name. Do I just leave this blank?(N/A, None, or...)

Next is "Applicant's last five years of residence." I hope I explain this clearly. Their addresses are like super long. There is no way to type them in the space provided so I probably need to attach them to a second sheet of paper, dated and signed right? So do I leave the whole box blank(on the app.) and put the address with the residency date times on the secondary sheet, or only put the addresses on the secondary sheet and the residency date times in the application box?

Lastly, my wife's father recently(2-3 months ago) had an official change of last name. Should I type the new or the old one?

I really tend to over analyze stuff like this but I just want to avoid any hang-ups.

Thanks,

Gary

Not to hijack the thread but I have similar questions...

1. When using an attached sheet of paper to provide more space for the answers, do I write as much as I can in the box and continue on the sheet when it cuts off or just leave it blank?

2. Most latin names go First First Last Last, if they have two first names does the second count as a "middle name" as we would say or is it just a two-part first name with a "N/A" for the middle name.

Thanks

For the middle name I would put N/A, if you put NONE they might think that is the actual middle name. Silly I know but....

IMO I would attach a separate sheet with the entire contents of the question and on the G 325 put "See attached sheet for full information" . IMO if you put half of the info on one sheet and half on another that would be confusing.

Whatever your father-in-law's current legal name is what you should use.

Good luck!

Exactly what I was thinking.

N/A means not applicable. The question IS applicable and the answer IS "none" but as indicated None is an actual name in some languages. I recommend a repeatedly successful method of entering ---- when there is no middle name.

My fiancée has no middle name...and I have always put N/A. It has not been a problem.
