Civil Surgeon Fees in Seattle Area

hi - just a plea to anyone within the seattle area. im trying to get the civil surgeon to sign my I-693 form. I have had all my vaccinations. I needed one after my medical and have this now and have the DS-3025 form and my medical was only a few months ago so is still valid. However the surgeons i have called want to charge me anywhere between $85 and $155 just to complete the paperwork!

Does anyone know of a good place to get this done.. that just seems way too expensive and much more than the $25 jewel quoted to me! thanks :-)

that sounds a little more reasonable. i was able to find one in lynnwood for $50 also. thank you very much for your help!

just another quick question. apparently there are civil surgeons available in group health which is my health insurance. does the civil surgeon have to be from the list on USCIS website? or can it be any certified civil surgeon?

After spending a day wasted going to a civil surgeon in the Seattle area,(they argued with us about needing a whole new medical). We opted to take a day trip down to Portland, OR, to see Dr Torres. Took us about 20 mins and he only charges $15. Super nice guy, he has all the forms there already, and really knows his stuff. He doesI693's as walkins on mondays from 8-11 am. After that we sent off our AOS packet at the fedex down the street, then spent the day sightseeing. Portland is a really nice place, especially the drive down to Columbia River Gorge. Was a good way for us to deflate after all the stress of getting the papers together.

can you please tell me where in lynnwood? and can you give me the info of the doctor? my hubby and i are looking for a civil surgeon who won't rip us off. most of the ones from burlington and mt. vernon are charging $200-500 which is ridiculous cos i don't need the full medical work-up just the i-193. we live in oak harbor and are willing to drive to lynnwood if it's really just $50. thanks so much in advance!

wow... that is disgusting! I only used them about 3 months ago! Purely out to make as much money as possible. It literally takes them 10 minutes to do as well. I'm sorry that it has gone up so much!

i think there were a couple in Lynnwood. Did you use the number I gave above?

i just called them again... providing it is just the supplement which is what it sounds like you want (just the vaccination bit signed) it is still $50.
