Everyone who will have interview scheduled for the month of July can enter their dates here. :dance:

I am hoping to get an July interview for my wife. I am waiting since May 19th, 2010 when the case was completed. Let's hope and pray. Good luck to everyone. :thumbs:

05-12-06 - Petition Sent for spouse of a green card holder (F2A)

05-18-06 - NOA1

06-24-09 - I-130 Approved (PD not current but sent to NVC (PD- May 04 2006)and Case Transferred to NVC

10-22-09 - Applied for US Citizen

02-25-10 - Became US Citizen.

NVC Journey:

07-07-09 - Entered into NVC , case number assigned

07-15-09 - Letter received from NVC saying Case number assigned.

10-19-09 - AOS Fee and IV Fee Bill received

atleast u're just waiting to hear the appt date. i was sooo sure to get a SIF today but that dreaded RFE got me today. eventhough i sent them everything they needed. o well 3 more weeks i guess. i was really hoping for july interview as well after SIF..

i heard that 2nd week of every month, u're assigned an interview...not sure and u might hear from them this week or the week of june 7.

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

if u received an RFE on 22, how can u get a SIF on 23?? just curious. was ur case electronically filed?? coz RFE's take 10 days to review...

o sorry u got the RFE on 16, but even then the RFE's were processed pretty quickly. lucky u

2010-06-29 - Submit docs at VFS office.

Dude, I have no idea. We got RFE'd in March and we didn't respond to it as we were waiting for my fingerprints to be processed by the Australian police. On the 21st or there abouts we received a revised checklist that had only one of the three requirements. I wasn't sure what that meant so I called the NVC and the AVR said the case was complete on the 20th of May.

We still haven't sent our response to their RFE. I don't know, I do not understand. I'm just rolling with the punches !?

Did you just call them? I just called to find out but she told me that same usual answer that I have to wait for second week of June..

Congrats to you :) I wonder if it depends on the Embassy..You are the second in India, is it Mumbai? :dance:

Did you have to send in your Passport office clearance with DS230 form? I thought Passport office in India doesn't give you the clearance until you have the checklist. Am i missing something or am i given the wrong information.

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'
