Hello all,

Hopefully somebody are able to assist me with below.

So a little about my background. Almost two years ago I was approved for my green card, and today is the 90 day before my expiration date. Until now I have gone on with my everyday without worrying about doing anything for immegration. I only had todays date in mind, so I have been igorant about it. So here the issue. I have everything ready to file the I-751, but realized that I have not filed the AR-11 as I have moved twice over that the two years. What do I do? Do I file one AR11 from the first place I lived when filing for green card to where I live now? Or do I two AR11, one from the first to second place I lived and a second filing from where I lived to where I live now?

Also, do my spouse who sponsored me have to file a I865?'

Hoping somebody can help with some legal advice on immegration.

Thank you in advance.

I think you should file AR-11 now. Better late than never!. Also I was in the same situation with I-865, where I didn't know about it. Once I found out that I need to file I-865 even though it was about 6 months after we had moved, I filed the form. I got a NOA acknowledging the I-865 and never had any problems so far. I think you should file the I-865 now.

Actually - this situation occurred before and it looks like filing AR-11 right now will do the trick. Many people filed months late and didn't hear any complaints from USCIS.

File the AR11 now, follow up with the I-751 in 10 days or so. Not a problem.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

Thank you for the answers, highly appreciated...

So I should just file the AR-11 now from my first address to my current one? Wait ten days and then file my I-751?

Also, should my wife who sponsored me file the I865? Or isn't it neccessary?

We, too, had completely forgotten about the requirement to file form AR-11. I did file the AR-11 electronically and snail mailed as well the same day I found out, which was 5 days before mailing the I-751. NOA was received at our new address. So we hope, all is good.

Danishguy, I am exactly in the same situation! I received my conditional permanent residency card in March 2012 and am in the process of submitting I-751. I have moved twice since then and did not submit either AR-11 or I-865. I just submitted the AR-11 online.

Does my wife (sponsoring USC) need to to submit I-865? What did you do it in your situation?

sponsor has to file i865 and beneficiary has to file ar11.In my case my husband filed i865 through mail,we got response after 15 to 20 days through mail and i filed ar11 online, got the email confirmation immediately.we filed after 8 months of moving from the address on file.We wrote an apology letter along with it(only possible in mail) and did not get any complaint from uscis.

For online you can get email confirmation immediately and for mail it takes them 10 business days to send confirmation of address change for sponsor.I have seen few people filing ar11 and i865 along with i751 application and they did not recieve any complaint from USCIS(i am not sure about it though as it is not my personal experience).
