I need help.. i have some question...

1. how to get my Case # and give our e-mail on NVC?

2. how to send DS-3032 by e-mail?

3. Do i still have to send the DS-3032 by mail?

my wife's I-130 just got approve May 11. and i dont have my NOA2 on my hand.. should i call after 1 week?

IMO - wait 2 weeks to 3 weeks from the NOA-2 'printed' date, and then follow this mini how-to:

This might help explain the process better:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

Currently the # of business days NVC is taking:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

4-7 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

5-7 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-10 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

Keep checking your mailbox. you will get it soon. maybe next week.

this is the no# of NVC (603) 334 0700? is there any extention? i have'nt try to call yet...

and on affidavit suport. do i need to send photocopy of the tax return?

Dont worry. we got an e-mail from USCIS on 7th may that our petition have been approved but we still didnt receive our NOA-2 on hand.but yesterday we made a call to NVC and got our case number and they asked for our e-mail addresses for further processing.wait for 6 days and make a call to NVC

thats the only their phone number. be patience calling them because its really hard to contact them.

you can send a photocopy. thats what my husband sent to NVC.

Yes you can photocopy all. Also send copies all W-2's and any 1099's (to show income).

Read all the instructions CAREFULLY!!!!

What applies to USCIS does not apply to NVC. ie: clip vs staple, etc.

Make sure all papers are in proper sequential order.

As many have said here.....it is wise to write NVC case number on each sheet of paper that is sent to NVC.

yup read it carefully! make sure you arrange everything . dont forget to write a case number on UPPER RIGHT CORNER of all our documents to send to NVC.for I864 IRS 2009,08,07, 1040, most recent 6 months paystub, employment certificate and I864 form.
