Letter of Intent

I've been reading about the Letter of Intent that the forgein fiance needs to fill out and the USC for the I-129F application.

But when I look at the "guides" I dont see anywhere that you need to send a Letter of Intent with the I-129F package.

So do I need to send that or not?

Yes I figured that.

We are going to fill the I-129f Application out when I am there to visit her.
