July 14, 2010 - EAD approved, for card production

July 19, 2010 - Received AP in the mail

July 21, 2010 - I-485 GC approved, for card production

July 26, 2010 - Welcome letter received

July 28, 2010 - EAD card received

July 31, 2010 - Greencard received

Removal of Conditions

May 7, 2012 - Date Filed I-751

May 9, 2012 - Date of NOA!

30 April 2010: Married!

18 May 2010: NOA1 for AoS, EAD and AP

8 June 2010: Case transferred to CSC

10 June 2010: Biometrics completed

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

We sent the AOS & EAD via USPS overnight on May 1, and Chicago received it May 3. We got the text message and email notifications on May 7 (365 days from mailing our I-129 to start this process) saying they had received the package. We got the NOAs in the mail on Monday the 10th, and I see on uscis.gov that both the EAD and the AOS were touched yesterday.

Here's wishing all of us a speedy process.

May 7, 2009 - 129F submitted

April 6, 2010 - Visa Delivered/POE (Peace Bridge)

April 23, 2010 - Civil Ceremony

May 1, 2010 - AOS/EAD Application submitted

July 12, 2010 - EAD Approved (Card Production Email #1 at 4:02 pm)

July 26, 2010 - EAD RECEIVED

August 5, 2010 - GREEN CARD APPROVED!!

August 21, 2010 - Green card arrives

November 13, 2010 - Catholic ceremony

July 2, 2012 - ROC submitted to VSC

August 21, 2012 - Biometrics

February 27, 2013 - ROC Approved

Hi,

We sent in our AOS+EAD+AP on May 6th, 2010 at 8:54 AM and it arrived on May 8th, 2010 at 12:41 PM and we received email notification on May 13th at 10:25 AM that our USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. So I guess the next step is receipt of I797 for NOA in the next couple of days. I think that you guys who started the thread should have already received reciept of notification about them receiving your AOS paperwork.

So hopefully we will see how long it takes.
