Overstay on a b2 visa now AOS

Hi everybody

i'm going to file a AOS this week and i still have some questions

first let me tell you guys my history :

i arrive on US on a B2 visa in 11/2006 ,i applied for an extention of my i-94 for more 6 months wich was denied and departure date move to oct/2007 on my I-94(they gave me 3 months anyway...)after this on dec/2007 i meet my future wife (we worked together and start flirting )and after 7 months we got married 07/2008 and since than i have never want to file a AOS but now that we are almost 2 years in our marriage we are thinking about having kids so i figure that to give everything my kid will need i'm gonna have to get my GC.

will i have any problem with my aplication ?

also:

i filled the form g-325a with my old employers will they have any problem because they hire someone that was not alow to work?will i have any problem because i was working ?should i not fill up that part?

and also the form g-325a does my wife need to fill up that form too?

PS. i did ask my lawyer but im just afraid that since we already pay him he was not giving us the right information.

ops i forgot to ask one more thing

my lawyer told me to make a check of 1365 is it correct ?

and it can be just one check or should i separate each one of the fees?

Were you working "off the books" or do you have a social security card/number? If you supplied a social security number, is it legitimate?

the both of you need to fill out form G 325A and you must be honest no mater what. im thinking that he has a real social since he came on a b2 visa. your lawyer is correct. $1365 for everything. Separate checks. $355 for I-130, $930 for I-485, $80 for biometrics. I also came here on a b2 when i was little and overstayed. i recently started this stressful process lol. good luck!

Tourists are not given SSN - no reason for that. Only students, J1s are given visas.

No I don't have a ssn since I was on a b2 visa but I did use my tax ID number to pay may tax while I was working still shoud I write all my past employers on the form even if I was not alow to work?

You should disclose all information they ask for. Failure to do so can come to bite you in the form of misrepresentation and you don't want that.

They could check your last place of employment, there is nothing to stop them. If you were working here legally, then there should be nothing for you to be alarmed about.

I don't know. I am not a USCIS IO/adjudicator.

Unauthorized work will not cause a denial for adjustment of status for an immediate family member of a USC.

Lieing on a application form for adjustment of status can be used to deny the adjustment of status and can be grounds for deportation and even a lifetime bar from readmission.

List all the places you have worked for. You will not have any problems. I am telling you from my experience.
