Need to know if my US Citizen Son can Petition Me and My Husband.(His StepDAD)

My son was petitioned by his biological US citizen Father (who is married to another woman not to me)back in 2004.I had signed a document that I had abandoned my son so that he may be allowed to leave the country so he can go to the USA with his biological Father. My son was never adopted by his biological Dad.My son is now a naturalized US Citizen (got naturalized last 2009).My question is can he petition me and his stepdad although i had signed documents that i had abandoned him? Will that be a problem? Thanks. PlS somebody help me...

Your child must be 21 years old to petition for you. If he is then he would file the form I-130 for each of you.

Firsst he has to be 21 to petition parents. Secondly, I would contact an experienced attorney, because if you signed your parental rights away, your not his mom anymore, and he might not be able to file a petition for you.
