Using Yahoo Messenger for proof of ongoing relationship?

Hi,

Me and my fiancee mostly use Yahoo Messenger to communicate on a daily basis. When we do call it is on Vonage and there is no phone bill. We only have written a few letters through snail mail due to the slow process and her mail service being very unreliable. Has anyone else submitted a Messenger archive list or something similar as proof of a ongoing relationship?

LOTS of people print out representative chats and a few screen prints for evidence. Keep the snail mail cards and letters flying as they do count.

Best to get a long distance carrier that has monthly records of calls to her number and make short calls once a day. If you can't afford that for a little while you can't afford a pinay wife.

When collecting information that "documents proof of having met your fiance(e) within two years" consider information that "factually" places the two of you together first. This means items such as dated photographs, airlines tickets/stubs (proving you boarded) to their country (or for them to the US and your home city), etc.. You should also consider submitting information that validates your relationship which will help the adjudcator understand the scope of your relationship and acts as secondary evidence (photos together, dated emails -edit out personal items first-, etc..).

I am worried about what she will need to take to her embassy interview. I am worried about what she will need to take to her embassy interview.(don't worry, u still have lots of time to have evidence, phone bills, chat and call logs, snail mails, e-mails, photos together,she needs copy of ur passport stamp, paystubs, financial support, etc.., and her other docs, like NBI, and CENOMAR if she is annulled then her decree and finality..) You can bring up a page of your call history. I don't think it's printable but you might be about to do a print screen shot, save it and print it out that way.

My partner and I use Yahoo to call most of the time too.

From what i remember with vonage, you can get a call history if you check the account online..you could print those to files or just do screenshots of that too.

Don't worry you don't need to have everything as proof of evidence of relationship, it's how your fiancee answer the CO in the interview itself and of course the AOS which is the most important evidence to present.

it is depend on the CO sis what evidence he will gonna ask on the interview.. if he didnt ask those secondary evidences then good, no harm if u bring all the evidences u have, there is a member here who denied bcoz lack of pix... what if the CO ask u.. do u have phone bills or chat logs..? and u don't have it... result: u will be deny hehehe...
