Hi debbie813,

I believe u are not the only one in this forum happen to her this. means, there's some people waited longer and some waited less than 2 weeks, But if u feel something not right or u worried about ur case. all what u need to do to use ur right, Yes .. by calling USCIS at, 1 (800) 375-5283 and from there go step by step and u will get someone to assist u, tell them u have not received any thing yet and u worried about ur case! so they will ask u a simple questions like ur address, date of birth, and then they will be able to tell u all about ur case. BUT!! if they say Yes we reiceved ur case and ur case is Pending you Okay and u have nothing to be worried about .. if they say we sent u NOA1 via mail tell them u didn't receive anything so they will send u another one..

but as i see u just fine. and dont worry :)

Best wishes and good luck :)

I agree that it may be a bit early to be concerned.

When we filed we were told we had to wait a month before they would look into it. If you paid by cheque you can track that through your bank. In our case we never did receive our NOA1 despite our cheque being cashed a week after we sent the application. At that time we were told they would not issue a duplicate NOA1 but USCIS did send us a letter indicating the date our application had been received, and our receipt number.

Good luck.
