I-130 question #21

Hello All,

I am getting ready to send our I-130 today and I had one last question.

#21 on the I-30 asks "If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together"

My wife and I got married about 3 weeks ago and she lives in Denmark and I live in California. We have visited each other often but never longer than about a month or so at a time. So we have never "lived" together nor shared a bank account or anything. The plan is to do that once she gets her green card (please note hint of sarcasm :) )

Any ideas on what to do? Should I just list her place in Denmark because thats where I was for about a month when we got married in Denmark. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THank you!

Eric

We were in the same situation and I just put "NONE" for that question and had no issues at all. Good luck.

Awesome, thank you. btw, you can write "N/A" too right? Or do you think they prefer only "NONE"?

The question is applicable, do not write N/A. I would write. "We have not yet lived together."
