G325a - Full name and address of employer does not fit in box

I am filling out a G325a form. One of the sections asks for "applicant's employment over the last 5 yrs" Then below it, it asks for full name and address of the employer. Problem is that when I write the full name and full address there isn't enough room in the box.

For example:

"Henry Ford Hospital, 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202" Does not all fit in one line. So is it okay to write an abbreviated version, like

"Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI 48202" or if I need the complete address should I attach an extra page on the side?

Please advice. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure if I remember it correctly but I think G-325A has an autofit text mechanic. If that's not available, abbreviate words as much as you can.

I didn't even try to fit any of that on the form. I just typed "See Attachment" and stapled a nicely formatted full sheet of paper to the form, with everything written out nicely in full, duplicating the layout of the chart on the form.

I had the same problem and I just abbreviated mine like you show, the name and the city and state, I don't even think I put the zip code. My fiance's visa was approved no problem through all the steps, now we're just stuck waiting on DHL (been here a week) because of the holidays. If you're really nervous about it though, theres no harm in attaching another sheet like the previous poster suggested. Good luck!

"Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI, USA" would be sufficient. You can also print the form and handwrite any and all portions of it as long as it is legible
