Hepatitis B - reason for VISA denial?

Hi, i have chronic hepatitis b and I would just like to know if this will cause for a K1 US visa to be denied?

My fiance knows about it already and have vaccines against it already.

I am not receiving any medication for it as its not advised by 2 of my doctors because its still in inactive state and if treated with medicine it can cause mutations of the virus and makes the virus more virulent and more stubborn to treat.....

since you're already vaccinated, it should no longer be a problem.

I'll find this rather surprising in the context of the Philippines. I recently wrote a story about PH being one of the seven countries with increasing HIV cases, among the 63 countries submitting data to the UN watchdog for HIV-AIDS. The rest either have stable or decreasing infection rates.
