I 751 information and my appointment

Hello!!!

I went to my appointment this morning, at the local offices here in new orleans. it took only 5 minutes.

The lady told me that since my green card was stolen and its about to expire (jan 15 2010) I don't need to file form I90, if I have 6 month until my green card expires I will have to do it but I just have 3 more months left.

She also told me to file form I751 and instead of attaching a copy of my green card (which I don't have) make a letter statement that It was stolen and just to attached the police report. They will sent me a receive and them imediately I need to make an appointment so they can stamp my passport.

The other day I went thru some postings and I remember one about part 5 in form I 751 which saids: list ALL your children. I asked her if this also means children born in USA and she said: yes!!! this means ALL your children TOGETHER no matter their inmigrant status. So its clear now "list all children that you have with your husband and where it said a# just wright N/A".

10/08/2011 - Passport in the mail

10/17/2011 - Certificate of Naturalization in the mail -- OFFICIALLY DONE!
