Having my fiancee visit on a B2 visa while K1 is pending

Ok, My fiancee has a multiple entry B-2 tourist visa. We would like to be together during the process while waiting for the K-1 to be approved (we have not filed yet) so we can make plans for our wedding, assimilate her to American life/ culture, polish her English up a tad, etc..... Now the problem is, will she encounter a problem at POE if she comes to visit while the I-129F petition is pending? Or should I wait to file until she has entered into the US and then file? We completely intend on doing this legally and play by the rules (No getting married on B-2, yes I know it is visa fraud) But we would really like to be together for this process. It's kinda silly that I think the biggest proof that the POE officers take into consideration that she will return to Russia is that she shows a return plane ticket but then how would we know when to book the flight for if say she intends to stay for 5 1/2 months and is only give permission to stay for 3 months. If anyone has had a similar situation any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Plenty of people come to visit with a B-2 while doing the K-1.

Umit visited me - no issues - she even told them she was doing the K-1 - and was given 6 months.

Just have strong ties with home when coming through.

Ties to home are the big thing. A plane ticket means nothing if there isn't evidence of something to go back to (job, family, home).

I've been back and forth many times and have never had issues. They've never asked me for anything to prove my return, but I'm always ready just in case.
