ok - this is absolutely annoying.

Something's changed in the last 24 hours -

when i post an url in a topic,

it's stripped out when it's saved.

i have to go back in on an edit and use the code tag to have it visible.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Another error is showing up on the homepage for me. Tried it in 2 different browsers, showing in both. The recent posts feeds is not showing, instead a small black box saying "[[Block new_topics_2016

Have you tried pasting it as plain text?

Hi, I'm having trouble with Profile Feed. I can see my status but I can't update it anywhere. When I'm in my Profile Feed page and put the pointer on my name, it shows a pop-up with my current status but I can't change it. I use Firefox 21.0 and tried Google Chrome and my mobile phone's browser. I think it's a bug.

Wait... As soon as I made this post, the status update box suddenly appeared in my pull down menu on top right...weird.

I linger over my username, click my timeline, and it takes me to my timeline.

Whether I use IE or google chrome, none of the buttons in my timeline work so I can't update the timeline. Also, in IE, a popup comes on which says an addon for the website failed to work.

Seems to work on IE for me. What version do you have. I tested IE 10.

I updated IE and it did not work, neither did it work in Chrome. I bet I must be doing something wrong.

Honestly, I really like this site, I couldn't do without it. The timeline feature seems complicated to update...or I'm not getting it, or something. I just feel like it ought to be easier, it's not my first time not being able to work the timeline. Anyway, not ragging on the site, but the timeline miffs me.

I have a feeling you're not actually click on bullet_wrench.pngEdit / Add My Entry

It sounds like you're just trying to click on the dates.

That doesn't work because... well, that's not how it works.

Up top near your "picture" is a bluish box with a dashed outline and in that box is bullet_wrench.pngEdit / Add My Entry.

Also, FYI if you click on any of the links in my post, it should take you to editing your timeline as well

Well, clicking on your link worked, but took me to a page where it tells me I am not logged in. I got to that page before.

After entering my email address I manually edited my timeline.

I've had this problem before, where the timeline edit page doesn't recognize I'm logged in, but it's ok...worked around it.
