Hi Guys, just curious on what date I shall put on the tracking if I only received CC at NVC last week. Rep told me that the documents are already sent to embassy. But CEAC site still says at NVC

I-130 Approved : 2004-09-01

NVC Received Case : 2004-10-01

Case Number Assigned: 2004-10-10

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2014-10-01

Pay AOS Bill and IV Bill : 2014-10-10

Send AOS Package and IV Documents : 2015-01-08

Documents Received by NVC (email notification): 2015-01-12

Received Checklist : 2015-03-17

Sent Updated AOS: 2015-03-26

Scan Date of updated AOS: 2015-03-27

Case Complete: 2015-05-01

Hey guys, I think I might have found ours using this technique! Even though the CEAC site still says At NVC, I see on the DHL site using the tracking that a packet went out on Friday from NVC and arrived in Casablanca today! What are the odds that it could be ours?

Yes! I did get it to work after playing a little with the dates, it finally said it was delivered on Monday in Casablanca and after calling NVC to check to see if it was our, they confirmed it was!

I'm not sure of the process for the CR visa all, do you check for the status on the CEAC site as well?

Yes and my status at CEAC is "On Transit" but I was hoping I could follow it on DHL until its delivered.

Do you know when it switched to "In Transit"? I put the date in the DHL website the day before it was shipped and that's when it showed up.

it worked for me. but it took until the date that the embassy received to show up on the page.

my case were "in transit" on July 11th, "ready" on July 13th, but I were able to track it as "EXP 10 JUL 2015A" between "05/JUL/2015 - 15/JUL/2015"
