Wow. That is awesome. And that reminds me..... When I was in Denver last year I went to see the Manitou cliff dwellings:

Unfortunately, it was closed. I guess I could have taken a picture of the great big gate with the closed sign on it. Darnit. Too late.

Instead, I went to the Garden of the Gods. It was absolutely amazing. I'm a pretty ####### photographer but here's a couple of pics from there:

HuggleBuggles and Krikit, I'm so glad you liked the pic. I have to admit, if I could lead a different life, I'd love to travel and take photos. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know where to begin to "sell" my photos. Oh, well. Guess I'll stick with teaching.

Trailmix- I love the garden of the Gods! Its one of my favorite places in the state. I can't believe I haven't been to the Cliff Dwelings though! I didn't know that existed! I've been to Pikes Peak too..
