Dear Pappu1980,

Can you please take this TEMP.DOC (green letters are the feedback) and apply the TEMP.TXT (so many feedback) to make the final version of the IR1/CR1 guide ?

This will be the final one from my side and I am done here...

Can you please tell me which I-864 I am suppose to fill out. I went to uscis.gov and there is the I-864, I-864A,

I-864EZ, I-864P and I-864W. Thanks so much for your time.. :) Malak

It depends on your situation.

I-864EZ for basic one if your income just exceeds poverty line.

I-864 for general one if your income and assets just exceeds poverty line.

I-864A if you need co-sponsor to meet poverty line

I-864P is poverty line guide

I-864W is the exemption from AOS

I-865 is the change of address filing of the petitioner

I-95 is the Interstate connects from Maine to Florida :-)
